Willow Fiddler

Willow Fiddler is an Anishiininew (Oji-Cree) writer and photographer from Sandy Lake First Nation, located in Treaty No.5 territory in Northwestern Ontario. She discovered her passion and love for photography when she was living back home as a young adult. Today, Willow is a staff reporter for the Globe and Mail where she occasionally shoots for her own stories, as well as others. 

Willow has enjoyed being both behind and in front of the camera as a videojournalist for APTN National News prior to joining the Globe. In her spare time and as a creative outlet, Willow shoots portraits, events, and weddings. Her favourite subjects are her grandchildren.
